Store Policy
Inquiries:
- In order to place a hold on an animal, a 25% down payment is required.
- Please insure you are serious about purchasing before inquiring.
Shipping:
- 100% of the cost must be paid before an animal ships
- Shipping will be possible Monday - Wednesday (If an animal is purchased Thursday - Sunday, it will ship the following business day.)
- Temperatures must be above freezing and Below 95°F in order for shipping to occur.
- The well being of each animal we sell will always take precedence over everything.
- Animals must be received, within 30 minutes of Delivery.
- Shipping is always Overnight Priority to get the Animals out of transit as soon as possible.
Garuntees:
- Genetics, Sex, and Live Arrival/ Healthy arrival are always garenteed.
- Health garuntees DO NOT apply after 48 hours of receiving the animal, as there are too many factors that could have occurred in that time. (I understand there are exceptions to this that will vary from case to case, these will be handled at our discretion.)
- If there are any issues with the animal upon arrival, do not hesitate to reach out to us so we can handle and correct the problems.
