Animals may be reserved with a 20% deposit. Payment of a deposit will hold any animal for 30 days. All deposits are non-refundable unless I cannot provide the animal you reserved. If you enter into a payment plan and are unable to fulfill your obligation we will refund the total payments minus the 20% for deposit. Payment plans can be 30-90 days, dependent on the cost of the snake. Please contact me directly to inquire about payment plans. Shipping rates vary from city to city and on the size/quantity of animals purchased. We only ship to the 48 continuous states. No International shipping at this time. We do offer discounts for breeding pairs, please inquire before checking out. Please send us your Zip Code with the snake you are interested in for a shipping quote. Usually ranging from 50-100.00.

Shipments are shipped using FedEx Priority overnight service delivered to your door. We will only ship Monday thru Wednesday. We do not ship until we speak with the you to arrange a day because shipments sent FedEx must be signed for, it will not be left without a signature. We will ship within 24 hrs of speaking with the customer. If you would prefer to have your shipment to be held at your local FedEx shipping hub please specify this 24 hours in advance.

Live arrival guaranteed with the following conditions that must be met: we are contacted via text or email with photographic evidence the animal is deceased within one hour of receiving the shipment. A refund will be issued for the value of the animal purchased (total amount sent less actual shipping charge).

Genetics Guarantee for Life:
Every animal sold has a unique ID number which is present on the receipt of purchase which we can match to our database. At any time, you can contact us with a photo and an ID number and can confirm for them the year, clutch, and genetics of that animal.
Genetics of each animal sold are guaranteed for the life of the animal. Without the ID number the genetics guarantee is considered null and void.

We guarantee that any animal sold as a male or female has been properly sexed. In the event you receive an animal that has been incorrectly sexed, we can come upon an agreement including but not limited to, reimbursement, trade of the correct sex if available, or partial reimbursement. We will send a return shipping label. If the buyer chooses to return the snake a full refund will be issued once the snake has arrived back to us alive and healthy. Once being proven incorrectly sexed, a replacement animal will be sent at our cost. If an acceptable replacement is not available then a full refund shall be issued. After discussing with the buyer we will come to an agreement on how to proceed.
