Payment Plans: Gray’s Reptiles offers a 30 day or 60 day payment plan via a 20% non-refundable deposit. We will hold the animal for the 30-60 days agreed upon. If the full balance due is not paid by the buyer to the seller by the last day of the 30 day or 60 day payment plan that was agreed to, the seller has the right to then offer the animal to another buyer.
Heath Guarantee: All animals are 100% guaranteed for safe and healthy arrival.
Sales / Shipping Guarantee
1. Animals are guaranteed to arrive to Buyer alive and in good health condition.
2. Seller guarantees that the animal being delivered is exactly the one represented in the ad.
3. Seller guarantees the sex of the animal being delivered. Claim period is 7 days, please double check the sex of your purchase upon arrival.
4. Seller guarantees the animal was shipped out in a healthy state and shipped according to all FedEx rules and regulations. Buyer is responsible for animal injury or loss if buyer fails to obtain animal immediately after home delivery or pickup within 8 hours of hub delivery.
5. If the animal is shown to be sick or injured within 24 hours of delivery as proven by the Buyer (with photos and videos, as needed), seller is responsible for refund or replacement.
6. Seller is not responsible for animal temperament.
Genetics Guarantee:
1. Recessive genes are guaranteed by seller.
2. Due to the complexity with identifying some Incomplete Dominant / Co-Dom genes in Ball Pythons when more than one gene is involved, we can not 100% guarantee accuracy of the Incomplete Dominant / Co-Dom genes in Ball Pythons
Local pickup may be arranged if agreed by both parties.

About Gray's Reptiles
Gray's Reptiles is a proud Ball Python breeder working to offer high quality ball python morphs. Gray's Reptiles is a team made up of myself, my wife and our two little girls. We really enjoy working together and being able to do something that we all really enjoy doing. I started out collecting and catching snakes, lizards, frogs and newts when I was about 6 years old. I kept reptiles and amphibians until I joined the U.S. Coast Guard where I found it difficult to keep my animals while serving and not always being at home. My first enlistment was onboard ships. My second enlistment was serving at the Captain Of The Port Marine Safety Office protecting our environment, I left the U.S. Coast Guard after 2 enlistments. It was such and adventurous experience and it was a pleasure serving our country.
