Terms
You must be 18 years or older to purchase and it is your responsibility to be aware of your State and Federal laws. We reserve the right to refuse selling animals to anyone without reason.

Payment Options
We accept most major forms of payment including major credit cards, Paypal, Venmo, Zelle, money orders and checks. Wire transfers are available for international purchases. Full payment is required and funds must clear before we will ship your animal(s).

Payment Plans
Payment plans are available and can be customized to help meet your needs. An initial 25% non-refundable deposit is typically required to hold your animal(s) however we have flexibility. Please contact us to make arrangements.

Shipping
We ship animals to the continental United States via FedEx overnight priority mail. Shipping is typically $65-100. We only ship when temperatures are adequate and we are comfortable doing so. The animal’s safety is our primary concern.

Shipments are typically sent out on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. We need to confirm the shipping date with you prior to sending and you must be available to sign for your package upon receipt.

We can ship animals internationally but special pricing and logistics apply. Please contact us to make arrangements.

Live Arrival Guarantee
We guarantee the safe arrival of your animal if you are available for FedEx’s first delivery attempt. Once you receive your package please open it immediately and inspect your animal(s). Allow them to warm up slowly and resist handling them for the first 48 hours until the acclimate. If the animal arrives DOA we need to be notified via e-mail within 30 minutes of the delivery or it is void. We have never had a DOA but in the unfortunate case will work with you to rectify.

Health Guarantee
Animals are guaranteed to arrive healthy and actively feeding at the time of shipment. Any issues need to be reported to us within 24 hours after receiving your animal.

Genetics and Sex Guarantee
Sex and genetics are guaranteed unless the animal is specifically sold as only possibly containing certain gene(s).

Feeding Issues
All animals will be actively feeding prior to shipping. The shipping process is very stressful on the animal and it may take several weeks for it to begin feeding regularly again. We will tell you which food type(s) were being offered and can provide advice if you have any issues. Be aware that it is not uncommon for ball pythons to go off feed for extended periods of time.

Returns
We do not accept returns. All sales are final.
