Every animal I have listed on MorphMarket is available to purchase directly through my website. Once the order is placed, I will contact you to confirm a ship date and provide tracking information.

PAYMENT OPTIONS: I accept major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX) through my website and by phone. I can also accept payments through PayPal as well as Check/Money Order (checks must clear before shipping). International Payments are accepted by Wire Transfer.

SHIPPING: I ship Mondays through Wednesdays, weather-permitting. I can usually ship orders the same day if the order is placed before noon, Central Time. Most shipments cost a flat rate of $60 with Fed Ex Priority Overnight. During extreme cold or stormy conditions, I do sometimes have to postpone shipments to avoid any delays. The well-being of my reptiles is my top priority. I have over 20 years of experience shipping reptiles and my survival rate is about 99.9% as long as I ship when I feel it is safe. I want them to arrive at their new homes alive and healthy.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: I don't export myself, but I have an exporter who can send orders to most countries. I've send many Ball Pythons overseas over the past few years. Please contact me for details on how to set up an international order.

LIVE DELIVERY GUARANTEE: I guarantee live, healthy delivery as long as I ship when I feel it is safe. I lose very few animals during shipping. DOAs must have photo proof. DOAs will be replaced with an equivalent animal and no additional charge. If there are no equivalent animals available, credit will be given towards the animal of your choice. The live delivery guarantee is VOID if you provide me with incorrect or inaccurate shipping information or phone number. NO REFUNDS ON CASH OR CREDIT CARDS.

DISCOUNTS: My prices for individual animals are pretty firm. However, I'm wiling to entertain reasonable offers on some. I can offer a discount on pairs or groups. Please inquire.

TRADES: I don't typically do trades on my animals, unless it is for something I want to incorporate into my breeding projects.

PAYMENT PLANS are available. For purchases under $500, I require a 50% deposit, and the balance paid in full in 4-6 weeks. For purchases of $500 and up, I require at least a 25% deposit. The duration of the plan is based on the total purchase price, with 4 months being the maximum. All deposits and payments are non-refundable.
