Store Policy
We ship ONLY ship on Wednesdays, priority overnight via FedEx. We 100% guarantee live arrival on all animal shipments. We will ship to your local FedEx hub if temps are below 55F or above 90F. We will NOT ship if temps are below 40F or above 99F. A safe shipping date will be determined weather permitting. We always add heat/cold packs accordingly and pack our animals with extreme care. Buyers are responsible to know their temperatures and request shipping accordingly.
We are not responsible for your animal 30 minutes of you receiving it. Please let us know immediately if there are any issues upon delivery, or health concerns.
We are not responsible for delays caused by FedEx. That being said, we monitor all shipments hourly, and work with FedEx and Redline to try and make sure your package is safe and kept in the appropriate temperatures in the event of a delay.
LOCAL PICKUP: All animals are to be paid off IN FULL prior to meeting. We will schedule a time and place to meet that’s convenient for both parties.
As of March 2023, we will ONLY be accepting Zelle as form of payment. No more Square, PayPal, Venmo, etc. These payment service companies just take way to much money from sellers, and we are done with it. Also, there seems to be an influx of scammers out there, and during the 2022 season, we had several “customers” purchase animals from us, then dispute the charges for absolutely no reason other than to get their money back and steal our animals. If you have any insecurities about the legitimacy of our company and the quality of our reptiles, we encourage you to go look at our reviews on Morphmarket as well as Facebook. We have nothing but excellent reviews dating back to 2016. Again, ALL payments are to be made via Zelle, no exceptions. If that’s an issue for you, unfortunately you will not be getting an animal from us.
