METHODS OF PAYMENT:
Buyer must be 18 or older to purchase. Invoices are sent via Square & require the following information which should match a buyer's Morph Market profile. First & Last Name, Email Address, Phone Number. Buyer's Zip Code will be used for establishing FedEx Hub for shipment.

**In short; if inquiring with an offer, asking for free shipping & payment plans are separate things; looking for all three generally in the same transaction is highly unlikely.**

We will gladly work out short term payment plans with you if you are unable to pay in full at the time of inquiry. We do our best to respond to inquiries in the order they are received in. In many cases, multiple individuals are contacting on one listing at the same time. If a deposit is submitted the listing will be marked on hold & others will be informed the animal(s) are no longer available.

Payment Plan Deposits are 30% down of the total {shipping & animal(s)} requested & are Non-Refundable. We do not hold animals without a deposit.

Invoices sent have a 2-hour hold for payment receipt at which point they will be retracted if no payment is received & further inquiries will be responded to.

*Under $500 = Due on Receipt; No Deposits
*$500-$1000 = 30% deposit & the balance paid off in 30 days
*Over $1000 = 30% deposit & the balance paid off in 60 days

Animals purchased this way will be shipped once the balance has been paid in full.
Failure to fulfill the predetermined payment schedule decided when the payment plan is started will result in a loss of the 30% non-refundable deposit & any funds paid after.

Cancel / backing out of purchase will result of refund less 30% of total & any funds paid after.

Any variation of the set payment plan schedule is on a case by case basis. Don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or would like to further discuss your payment plan options.

Monroe Morphs reserves the right to refuse initial sale or completion of sale to any party. If a person(s) are deemed unfit to take in purchases, if slander or malicious contain is reported & brought to attention online / etc or if contact becomes of harassing nature a refund less of 30% will be issued on purchases made.

SHIPPING:
We ship travel to FedEx for drop off Tuesday of each week (weather & payment permitting). In some cases we can & will accommodate Wednesdays as well.

Please include a ship to Zip Code at the time of contact for a shipping quote. Shipping is done through FedEx Priority Overnight to anywhere in the continental US.

Our default method of shipping is to your local FedEx Ship Center to be held for pickup as this is the safest option with the shipment of animals. Daytime Temperatures (lows no less than 40 & highs no more than 90).

Please Note: We will ONLY ship to a FedEx Hub for pickup.

FEDEX HUB SHIPMENTS:
It is the buyer's responsibility to pick up the package at the hub promptly. Packages held at hubs are usually available for pickup around 8-9am so live arrival guarantee is void on any packages not picked up within 3 hours of being available for pickup at the hub unless agreed otherwise.

GENETICS GUARANTEE:

1. Because of the increasing complexity of Ball Python combos we do our best to ID per the pairings however can not 100% guarantee accuracy of Incomplete Dominate (Co-dom) genes.

2. Recessive / Heterozygous Genes are always FULLY guaranteed.
