All animals are guaranteed to be healthy and properly sexed.
Genetic Guarantee:
All animals will be honestly represented and 100% healthy at the time of delivery. We fully guarantee and back our recessive/heterozygous genetics. In the case of CoDom animals, we will do our best to identify them to the exact gene combo. Please be aware that due to increased project complexity, certain animals require an educated guess to identify and thus CoDom genetics cannot be 100% guaranteed.
Feeding:
All of our ball pythons are feeding at the time of sale and the babies are very well started. We feed appropriately sized live rodents here. If you have problems getting your new snake to feed, please get in touch with us so we can help you.
Payment:
We accept PayPal (Friends and Family only), Zelle, Venmo (Friends) and cash in person.
Payment Plans: ($1,000 and up)
We require a 25% nonrefundable deposit to hold animal and then you will have 30 days to pay off the remaining balance.
Payment Plans: ($5,000 and up)
We require a 25% nonrefundable deposit to hold animal and then you will have 60 days to pay off the remaining balance.
Shipping:
Animals will be shipped with FedEx for next day delivery. We ship Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday excluding holidays which FedEx observes. We will only ship orders when temperatures are above 40 degrees and below 90 degrees. If temperatures are beyond those limits we can possibly ship to the FedEx facility near your location or schedule shipment when the weather permits.
Live arrival guaranteed. We guarantee live arrival on all of our shipments and make sure that all snakes are properly shipped in appropriate packaging with heating or cooling elements.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. No live arrival guarantee for shipments when the consignee is not available for first attempt delivery or customer (you) provides wrong address.
2. No live arrival guarantee on shipments that are not picked up within (1) hour from when FedEx makes them available and picked up at your chosen FedEx express counter.
3. No live arrival guarantee on export orders being sent outside the United States.
4. Prices are subject to change without notice.
5. Animals will ship when they are paid in full and weather permits safe shipping.
