We offer payment plans on a case-by-case basis. Plans typically require a 20% non-refundable deposit with payment in full between 30-60 days. Please inquire about any payment plan specific to your animal of interest. Again, all deposits and payments are non refundable and all sales are final. If for some reason the buyer does not fulfill the agreed upon payment plan, the buyer forfeits their deposit and the animal will be re-listed. Please communicate any changes in your situation if they arise.
If for any reason the seller backs out of a deal that the buyer has paid money into, the seller agrees to pay back all of the money the buyer has paid, including any portion that was considered non-refundable. If the seller goes 14 or more days without a response to the buyer who has given them money and not received the animal, then the seller may forfeit all rights to any money considered non-refundable and owes the buyer all the money they’ve paid when the buyer asks for a refund. All animals are guaranteed to arrive to the buyer alive and in good healthy condition. The seller guarantees that the animal being delivered to the buyer is the exact animal represented in the ad unless otherwise noted in the ad. The seller guarantees the sex of each animal purchased but the buy should confirm the sex upon arrival. The buyer has 7 days to check the sex of the animal and reach out to the seller if a discrepancy arises. In the event a weight is listed in the ad, the seller guarantees that the animal shipped will not be less than a 20% margin of error in weight. As stated before, the seller guarantees the animal is shipped in a healthy state and will be shipped according to FedEx or UPS rules and regulations. It is the buyer’s responsibility to immediately obtain the animal if it was shipped via home delivery and within 8 hours if shipped via hub delivery. If the buyer fails to do so, the buyer is responsible for any injury or loss of the animal. If the animal is proven to be sick or injured within 24 hours of delivery and documentation is provided by the seller via photos, videos and or documentation from a veterinarian, the seller is responsible for refund or replacement. If the buyer is not happy with the animal received, they must reach out to the seller within 48 hours to request a refund. If a refund is agreed upon, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and arrangements. Animals must be returned 100% healthy at the earliest possible shipping date. The seller may choose to quarantine the animal upon return for a period of time to ensure it is healthy prior to issuing a refund. The seller cannot guarantee the temperament of any animal purchased. Additionally, it is the buyers responsibility to learn how to properly care for the animal they purchase. The seller can not be held responsible for a buyer’s lack of knowledge or poor husbandry.
The seller will make every effort to accurately identify the genetics of each animal listed for sale. However, given the increased complexity of the genetic combinations, the seller cannot 100% guarantee incomplete dominant genes in animals listed for sale. All recessive genetics (homozygous & heterozygous) are always 100% guaranteed as is the sex of the animal.
