By purchasing a animal from us you are certifying you have read these simple terms
Shipping :
We only ship overnight using FedEx, generally Monday thru Wednesdays unless other plans are made. We reserve the right to postpone shipping based on temperatures at each location. Shipping is NON REFUNDABLE. We do not charge for insulated boxes, heat packs, or ice packs. That is our responsibility. We can not be responsible for any shipping delays caused by the shipping service, such as maintenance delays, etc. It is the Receivers responsibility to be home at the time of delivery, or pickup from local FedEx hub in a reasonable amount of time. It is also the receivers responsibility to submit us a proper and correct shipping address. We reserve the right to have your live animal order held for pickup if your weather is not satisfactory.
DOA
IF a death upon arrival occurs, picture evidence must be provided by the receiver within 2 hours. We are not responsible for carrier delays or errors. Picture or video proof is a MUST when submitting a DOA.
Live Feeders
We can only guarantee live arrival if held at your local post office, just place the address when ordering. We can also guarantee the feeders if you would like to have the overnight-ed, just ask us prior to ordering, its never a problem. No bugs are guaranteed in temps over 85 or below 30. No guarantee is given for regular USPS shipping


Refunds will not be given if any of these terms are violated. Communication is key with live animals, so please do not be afraid to contact us for help, but please RESEARCH any species you are purchasing in depth.
