Payment methods:
PetroGenetics accepts the following forms of payments: Credit Cards, PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, Wires, Zelle and Money Orders. Payments are non-refundable, and all sales are final.

Payment plans: These are offered on a case by case basis. We require a 25% non refundable deposit to initiate a payment plan. After the deposit has been received the remaining balance will be due within 30-60 days. Please inquire about a plan that is specific to the animal or animals of your choice.

Heath Guarantee:
1:All animals are 100% guaranteed for safe and healthy arrival.
2: Seller does not guarantee the animal will eat immediately after shipping. We advise to wait 7-10 days after your animal arrives before feeding.

Sales / Shipping Guarantee:

1: Shipping Window: Monday - Wednesday
2: All Animals are Shipped via Ship Your Reptiles through FedEx Priority Overnight Shipping.
3: Animals are guaranteed to arrive to Buyer alive and in good health condition.
4: Seller guarantees that the animal being delivered is exactly the one represented in the ad, unless otherwise stipulated in the ad with the use of an official Representative Photo.
5: Seller guarantees the sex of the animal being delivered. Claim period is 7 days, please double check the sex of your purchase upon arrival.
6: Seller guarantees that the animal shipped will not be LESS than 20% margin of error in weight if the weight is advertised
7: Seller guarantees the animal was shipped out in a healthy state and shipped according to all FedEx or UPS’s rules and regulations. Buyer is responsible for animal injury or loss if buyer fails to obtain animal immediately after home delivery or pickup within 8 hours of hub delivery.
8: If the animal is shown to be sick or injured within 24 hours of delivery as proven by the Buyer (with photos and videos, as needed), seller is responsible for refund or replacement.
9: Seller is not responsible for animal temperament.

Genetics Guarantee:
1. Incomplete Dominate (Co-dom) genes are not 100% Guaranteed in "complex" multi (Co-dom) animals.
PetroGenetics identifies multi-genes animals using a theoretical ID. Due to the complexity of multi gene identification all customers are encouraged to confirm with PetroGenetics about specific Incomplete Dominate
(Co-dom) traits before making a purchase.
