We ship Monday through Wednesday weather and holidays permitting. We will hold off shipping if we feel it is not safe enough for the animal to travel. We guarantee: live
arrival, sex of animal (if listed and sexable), and genetics to the best of our ability. If you do not pick up your animal within three hours after delivery to a fedex hub or opened within an hour of arrival to your home, we will not cover or refund you for a DOA. If there is a problem with your animal, please notify us within 24 hours of arrival by calling us at 757-499-9689.

Things that are not covered under warranty:

• “I didn’t know it would get this big."
• Cohabitation.
• Improper handling.
• Improper husbandry.
• Incorrect diet.
• Compatibility – If your parent/guardian/ spouse is not O.K. with the animal. Animals can bite when they’re scared, and as such the warranty is not valid if it bites you and you no longer want it.
• Buyers Remorse is not covered.

Payments are made via PayPal thru goods and services. If a payment plan is established we require a 25% is non refundable/non transferable deposit.

Purchases from $100-$499.99 qualify for a 30 day payment plan.
Purchases from $500.00-$999.99 qualify for a 60 day payment plan.
Purchases above $1,000.00 qualify for a 90 day payment plan.
