PAYMENT METHODS & PAYMENT PLANS:
We do offer 30-90 day payment plans, depending on the price of the snake(s). To hold and reserve a snake, a minimum 25% non-refundable deposit is required. We accept payment through Apple Pay, Cash App, Zelle, PayPal, and Venmo; we can also accept payment via bank wire transfer, credit/debit card, cashier’s check, or money order. Payment must be made in full and clear before we will ship the snake(s). No payment plan payments are refundable; however, at our discretion, any payments made in excess of the original deposit may be converted into SSR store credit.
SHIPPING INFO & GUARANTEE:
Live arrival is guaranteed. For all US shipping, we prefer to have snakes shipped to and held at local FedEx hubs for pickup, but for residential deliveries you must be available on the first delivery attempt or the live arrival guarantee is void. Shipping is done through Redline Shipping using FedEx Priority overnight service in temperatures between 30 and 90 degrees.
Our preferred shipping days are Tuesdays and Wednesdays for next-day Wednesday and Thursday deliveries. Other shipping day arrangements can be made, if needed, on a case-by-case basis. ‘Dead on Arrival’ (DOA) claims must be made with pictures of the animal within 1 hour of the FedEx timestamp noting delivery of the package for home delivery or within 2 hours of the FedEx timestamp noting pickup for hub deliveries. We’ve never had to deal with a DOA claim as we strategically take every available precaution to ensure that a healthy and well-packaged animal is delivered to you, but things outside of our control are always a possibility.
HEALTH/GENETICS GUARANTEE:
All snakes are guaranteed to arrive completely healthy, feeding well, mite-free, and free of any viruses. Also, sex and 100% Het genetics are always guaranteed, for the life of the animal.
