We guarantee that all animals purchased from us are healthy, feeding and correctly sexed. It is buyers responsibility to confirm sex within 48 hours of delivery.
All of our live animal orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx Next-Day Air. To most areas, this shipping method guarantees delivery by 10:30am. However, some areas have a guaranteed delivery time of 12:00 noon or by the end of the day. For safety reasons, temperatures must be between 30-90ºF on both ends and somebody must be there to sign for our live arrival guarantee. If the animal is DOA, the customer must notify us of the DOA within an hour of receiving the animal. The time will be determined by the receipt time UPS/Fed Ex provides online of the delivery. An email with a photo attached of the actual animal must be received within that hour or all guarantees are null and void.

We accept most major credit cards, paypal, apple pay, cash app, zelle, and wire transfers.
Payment Plans are available on purchases of $1000 or more, the minimum deposit is 25% and the order must be paid in full within 4 weeks. On purchases under $1000 we require a 50% deposit with balance due in 2 weeks. All deposits are non refundable.
Additional pictures will not be provided on animals under $1000 prior to purchase.

About Fireball Reptiles
Just like every other reptile enthusiast, I started collecting reptiles at a young age. As a child I would always find my self walking through creeks and lifting up rocks to see what I could bring home, luckily I had understanding parents. I bought my first ball python in 1995 but unfortunately I had to end up giving him up as I went to college.
Fast forward to August 2007, I was sitting down reading the local paper when I saw a picture from the National Reptile Breeders Expo in Daytona Beach. Since nothing was planned for the day I figured I would take my then 6 year old daughter to the show to let her see some of the things I was interested in when I was her age. What I saw amazed me, when I first got my BP in 1995 there was only one mutation and that was the albino which was going for over $25,000 at the time. I was hooked and starting buying into projects right away.
