Payment methods accepted are Credit Card, Paypal, Square, Venmo, Zelle, Facebook Pay, Cash App, Wire Transfer, Crypto Currencies. Payments are non-refundable, all sales are final.

Payment plans are offered on a case by case basis, in most cases with a 20% nonrefundable deposit and the balance within 30-90 days. Upon failure to complete the payment plan within this period of time, any amount paid in excess of the 20% nonrefundable deposit shall be returned after the animal on hold has been relisted and sold. If the we, the seller backs out of the payment plan for any reason all deposits and funds shall be returned.

We ship all year round including winter months. We do not ship when extreme conditions in weather occur, or in high volume shipping times such as during the christmas holiday.

We guarantee good health at the time of shipping and safe arrival to our customers. Any issues must be reported to us within 24 hours, DOA's must be reported immediately. Failure to do so will forfeit any refunds under the good health and safe arrival guarantee. Failure to pick up the animal from fedex in a reasonable amount of time will forfeit any refunds under the good health and safe arrival guarantee.

Due to increasing complexity of genetics we cannot guarantee co-dom genes in new and high complex combos with 100% certainty, but do have the highest degree of confidence that the genetics listed is correct. Recessives and hets are always 100% guaranteed. Sex of the animal is guaranteed.
