****All deposits are nonrefundable unless the snake becomes unavailable prior to shipping*** All payments must clear before the snakes will be packaged and shipped. We do offer payment plans and or shipping plans that benefit the customer and the animal. Payment plans are generally based on when the animal will be ready to ship. We do not ship babies before 125g and we do not ship when any locations along the snakes travel will be contradictory to their comfort. Our animals' comfort is FIRST and FOREMOST. We do ship with insurance. This policy is $2.50/100 and includes shipping. We cover this expense.

The animals are warranted to be as described TO THE BEST OF OUR ABILITY. We will guaruntee that we have provided as much information on parentage, possible genes, and pictures as requested by the buyer to agree with our assessment of which genes are present in each animal. Not every gene is clear but we try our best to be accurate. If you do not agree with a pictured animal's description, please let us know and we will seek several second opinions to get the best description possible. Animals not produced by us, with no parentage known will be sold as such. We also do our absolute best to sex all our snakes accurately. We both pop and probe (anything that pops female) to try to be as certain as possible. But mistakes can happen. We are all human. If you get a snake you purchased as a female and its a male, we will refund the difference in value and profusely apologize for the inconvenience. If visa versa is true, well, you generally end up ahead on the value chain, but our profuse apologies again. We have yet to have this happen, but we wanted to create a straight forward understanding.
