Eastern Florida Pythons (EFP) strives to offer you healthy and vibrant Ball Pythons.
To maintain our excellent standards we have the following policies in place:
Payment in full is due at the time of purchase.
Payment plans are available, a 20% non-refundable deposit, at a minimum of $250 is required.
Additional payment increments are available, please discuss with EFP and a separate payment agreement will be required.
For the protection of our animals shipping days are ONLY Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday of non-holiday weeks.
Shipping is overnight only. Tuesdays and Wednesdays only. Weather permitting as the safety of the animals is paramount.
Shipping cost will vary between $25 and $125, quotes are available upon request.
All animals will be packed and shipped in accordance with the guidelines established by Ship Your Reptiles to ensure the safety of the animals, and to protect both buyer and seller. If temperatures present unsafe conditions for the animal, whether too hot or too cold the shipping will be put on hold until EFP deems it safe to resume shipping.
Live arrival guarantee
In the unlikely event an animal arrives in a poor/dead state EFP expects motivation within 12 hours of receipt of package with photographic evidence of the state of the animal. Failure to receive the animal from the shipping carrier in a timely fashion or contact us within the 12 hour window voids this guarantee.
All EFP animals will be feed rats appropriate for their size and weight unless otherwise stated.
All animals will have a minimum of three meals taken on their own without assistance or refusal.
Gender and Generics
All animals have been sexed and their genetic makeup has been proven.
Mistakes do happen, if you feel we have made a mistake please reach out privately to discuss.
All animals will be sent with full records of genetics, feeding and shed on paper.
Keeping up with you
We would love to keep up with your new addition via social media, please share and tag us in your photos on Facebook, Instagram, and the like.
Should an EFP customer find themselves no longer able to properly care for an animal EFP has a no questions asked return policy. Please reach out to us first before any re-homing of the animal, we will be glad to take it back immediately and provide it with excellent care when you find yourself unable. We implore you to take this option if needed so that we can assure the animal is happy, well, and safe in our care.
Should a person reserve an animal and fail to follow through on your payment plan(s) twice in the life-time of EFP that person will banned from all EFP purchases in the future.
EFP reserves the right to refuse sales at their discretion.
