Free shipping on orders over $1,000.
Typical shipping costs are $50, but may vary for older animals or groups.
Payment plans are available for purchases of $250 and up, not including shipping. 3 months is the time line for payment plans unless otherwise agreed upon. Failure to pay by the due date, or lack of contact with explanation, will result in the animal being relisted for sale and loss of the deposit. No cash refunds will be available, but any additional funds paid toward an animal may be used as in-store credit.
In case of shipping problems or related concerns, I must be contacted concerning the issue within 2hrs of your receipt of the animal, as reported by FedEx.
