Thank you for your interest in Psychedelic Serpents! The terms and conditions stated below are to protect both the buyer and the seller in order to ensure a positive buying experience. By purchasing from Psychedelic Serpents you agree to these terms and conditions.
-Live Arrival, Sex, and Genetic Guarantee:
Live arrival is guaranteed as long as the package is delivered to an approved FedEx HUB facility. If the package is delivered to a Fedex Hub, the purchaser has 2 hours from the time the package becomes available to pick up the package in order for the live arrival guarantee to be valid. Shipping directly to your residence is available but your shipment will not be insured. We strongly recommend shipping your animals to the closest Fedex HUB if possible. DOA claims must be made within 1 hour of receiving that package.
The sex and genetics of the purchased animal are guaranteed to be accurate.
-Payment Options:
Acceptable forms of payment include Paypal (prefered) or Money Orders. Payment plans are available for purchases over $300. A 25% non-refundable deposit will be required for any payment plans. All sales are final and refunds are not accepted on live animals.
-Shipping:
Animals will be shipped Fedex Priority Overnight via Ship Your Reptiles. Typical shipping rate is approximately $40-$60 based on the package destination.
