If no one will be home we can have it shipped to a FedEx ship center, if you do not know where one is send us your zip code and we can find one.
Live animals cannot be shipped to FedEx Ship and Print Centers or FedEx kiosk in Walmart, Walgreens, Hotels, etc. FEDEX SHIP CENTER ONLY
Winter time shipping:
35 degrees nightly low can be shipping to a center for pick up
40 degrees nightly low or higher can be shipped to a 12 Pm home delivery
85 degree high or less can be shipped
over 85 degree most cases will have to wait for a cooler day.
We use heat/ice packs as we feel needed, if you want to know if we will use one ask us! If we are not and you would like one used please ask, but we are not responsible for the shape that the animal comes in. For example:
Low 52°f and high of 70°f for a corn snake heat pack will not be used. If you request a heat pack and the shipment is delayed and sits on a truck all afternoon it could over heat and kill the animal.
If you purchase an animal and it is too cold, hot, or there is a weather delay we will hold the animal free of charge until the weather is better.
There are two time slots you can receive a delivery. 12 pm, and 4:30 pm.
These time slots depend on how far you live from FedEx. if you live in a "rural" area or far from a FedEx ship center then it will most likely be a 4:30 pm delivery.
4:30 pm delivery's must be picked up from a center and cannot be shipped to a home.

Signatures are not required but can be if requested with an additional $2
To insure a packages it is $2.60 per $100 (must be requested)
Florida buyers tax is also added on to cost of the animal.
For a shipping cost send us your zip code and we will get a shipping cost.
NO ANIMAL IS RESERVED UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED. If you say that you are ready to purchase and the invoice email is sent and it is not paid with in 24 hours that animal will not be held for you until you are ready to pay and will be sold to the next person!

Animal that are shipped to a house we offer no live arrival guarantee.
Most of our snakes eat live mice and rats, some others will eat a frozen thawed but we do not guarantee they will continue to eat that once in a new environment. Animals change their preference like kids, and we the caretaker have the responsibility to do what we can to not only keep the animal live but for it to thrive. Remember the animal did not ask to be there, YOU asked for it to be there. Therefore you have the responsibility to provide it with what it needs to survive and thrive.
We are not responsible for the mishandle of the package or for shipping mistakes and delays by FedEx/UPS. (Example: you live in a 10:30 am delivery zone and Fedex has a delay and you animal arrives at 4pm or next day DOA, we are not responsible. That can be avoided by shipping to a Fedex center for pickup.)
If you are having issues with an animal within the first 48 hours you must contact us right away! Do not wait weeks or months. (photo evidence required of animal deceased or alive)
Wards World has a No Refund policy. Most cases we offer store credit. We cannot credit or refund shipping charges.
No guarantees on animals that are labeled "imports" or "wild caught" Buy at your own risk.
Spider and Enigma genes in ball pythons and leopard geckos can have neurological issues associated with the gene. These animals are BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
