We accept: Credit Cards, PayPal, wires, and Money Orders / Certified Checks. Payments are non-refundable, and all sales are final.
Payment plans:
These are offered on a case by case basis, typically with a 1/3 deposit 1/3 due 30 days from deposit and 1/3 due 60 days from deposit. Deposits & payments are non-refundable, all sales are final.

All animals are 100% guaranteed for safe and healthy arrival.
We ship on Tuesdays & Wednesdays weather permitting (see guidelines below). We guarantee live arrival ONLY if temperature guidelines are met and you sign for your shipment.
Temperature Guidelines:
These guidelines are according to the HIGH & LOW temps on both shipping days. These apply to both the ORIGIN and DESTINATION temperatures. Lows must be above 38°F and Highs must be below 100°F. Requesting shipping outside of these temperature guidelines nullifies any Guarantee of Live Arrival by Florida GATOR GARDENS.
Sales / Shipping Guarantee:
Any and all claims of unhealthy, sick, injured or mis-sexed animals must be made via email to grazianireptiles@ hotmail.com with in 24 hours of arrival!
- Animals are guaranteed to arrive to Buyer alive and in good health condition.
- Seller guarantees that the animal being delivered is exactly the one represented in the ad.
- Seller guarantees the sex of the animal being delivered. Claim period is 24 hours, please double check the sex of your purchase upon arrival.
- Seller guarantees that the animal shipped will not be LESS than 20% margin of error in weight if the weight is advertised
- Seller guarantees the animal was shipped out in a healthy state and shipped according to all FedEx or UPS’s rules and regulations. Buyer is responsible for animal injury or loss if buyer fails to obtain animal immediately after home delivery or pickup within 2 hours of hub delivery.
- If the animal is shown to be sick or injured within 24 hours of delivery as proven by the Buyer (with photos and videos, as needed), seller is responsible for refund or replacement.
- Seller is not responsible for animal temperament.
Genetics Guarantee:
After 30+ years of creating these designer combinations we are extremely good at identifying genes and combinations. HOWEVER,
- Because of the increasing complexity of Ball Python combinations, even with our experience we can not 100% guarantee accuracy of Incomplete Dominate (Co-dom) genes in our animals.
- Recessive / Heterozygous Genes & correct gender are always FULLY guaranteed.
