Packages are shipped Tuesdays and Wedneday only. as long as weather conditions are meet (Between 38F-95°F). Live delivery guaranteed with signature confirmation at a FedEx hub (ship center) we are in the business of selling snakes not shipping if you want a shipping quote go to ship your reptile and use our zip code 07090 and fill in the rest or we can send you a shipping quote
We are not responsible for carrier delays. Insurance is optional in that event and can be purchased additionally if you would like to be covered for a DOA due to a carrier delay.
If we are shipping to a hub you must pick up your package within 2 hours of package availability or the live arrival guarantee is null and void.
For all DOAs we will need a picture of the deceased animals and to contact us within an hour of pickup
And only after the determination of death we can come to an agreement
In extreme temperatures we can ship same day service via airlines, airport to airport.
