Store Policy
Payments shall be made in full prior to the shipment of any animal. If Payment plans are offered and agreed to by both parties, the buyer shall pay a 25% non-refundable deposit, which the balance shall be paid off within 30 days (60 day plans may be offered on specific animals). Installments can be made at any interval within the 30 day period. If the buyer cannot provide payment in full at the end of the 30 days, all funds will be refunded to the buyer, with the exception of the 25% non-refundable deposit. Shipping will be performed using Priority Overnight. It will be the buyers responsibility to ensure a responsible party is available to receive the shipment on the agreed upon date. Issues or concerns upon receipt of the shipment shall be made in writing via text or email to the seller, within 4 hours of arrival.
