Store policy. **We don’t offer discounts on single snake purchases or breeder size females.**

We accept payment through Zelle, Venmo and Cash app with Paypal as backup. Canceled purchases at buyers request will be refunded less the shipping cost. That shipping cost will act as a non-refundable deposit and will not be applied towards another purchase. Animals go on a first pay first serve basis. No animal is put on hold until some form of deposit is paid, meaning: all animals are still up for sale even if a package deal has been discussed and no deposit has been paid.

30 day payment plans are available for purchases $500-$1000. 60 day payment plans are available for purchases $1000-$3000. 90 day payment plans are available for purchases over $3000. Multiple snake purchases (lots) are sometimes available if requested, if this is the case and a payment plan is requested then the full amount for all snakes must be paid off in 30 days unless otherwise agreed upon by the MFR. 25% of the final purchase price will not be refunded if the buyer does not fulfill the contract within the agreed upon time regardless of the actual down payment. If any payments were made toward a plan and there is no communication from the buyer (unless previously discussed) within 30 days after repeated attempts at communication from MFR, the plan and payments made will be considered abandoned and will be forfeit to MFR. NOTE: Failure to pay by the agreed upon date will result in cancellation of the payment plan and loss of non-refundable deposit. Please do not enter into a payment plan unless you are certain you can pay as agreed.

An order may be cancelled by the request of MFR, if this occurs, there will be a full refund given. If a buyer requests cancel a fully or partially paid order, then there will be a 25% charge for changing your mind and the remainder can be used for store credit towards another animal.

Again, we will NOT hold a snake without a deposit. If the agreed-upon payment plan is not fulfilled with the time agreed incomplete Payment Plans are not valid for store credit.

In the event of a trade, the buyer (you) will send the snake(s) to us first for assessment. If we deal everything we were told is accurate, we will then ship our snake(s).

We will only do overnight shipping on Tuesday’s and Wednesday’s to ensure the safety of the animal. We won’t ship if the temperature on either end is above 85. We will not ship with a heat pack if the box is smaller than 12x9x6. We also will not put a heat pack in the box if the temps are above 70 degrees on any side. We will hold the animal until it is safe to ship. After there is communication from MFR stating that the temperatures have reached acceptable shipping levels, there will be a 14-day window in which the animal must be shipped out otherwise the animal will be deemed unclaimed. At this point, any paid balance minus the non-refundable deposit can be used as credit for another animal in our store MFR's sole discretion. The non-refundable deposit is not transferable and it is meant to absorb the costs associated with holding and removing the animal from market.

Shipping delays due to temperature are not within our control. Keep this in mind when buying during months with extreme temperature. We do everything we can to ensure the safety of our animals.

For the animals that are designated rehabs, we cannot guarantee the genetics other than what is visually assessable. We do everything to ensure that they are as healthy as possible before we ship them out. However, there may be cases that we deem it acceptable to ship an animal that is underweight because we believe they are on the road to being a healthy weight with continued regular feeding. Since some were rehabilitated from a previous poor state, we will guarantee the health of the animal not related to husbandry or buyer neglect for 48 hours after arrival. Photograph and video proof of the animal, and husbandry conditions with proof of thermostat and hygrometer will need to be provided in a timely manner. Regarding any of the other animals we are selling, we will provided any information that we have about them if requested. Animals must be picked up within two hours of delivery confirmation otherwise our guarantee is void. Any claims involving the health of the animal must be made within the 2 hours of the delivery confirmation, or two hours after the FedEx hub opens. The health and well being of our animals is what is most important to us and we hope the same goes for you.
