We accept all major credit cards via PayPal, Zelle, and bank transfers. Cash is also accepted in person for local Long Island deals. Short term payment plans are available for purchases over 500.00. Listed prices are firm if a payment plan is needed.

Live arrival, sex, and health are guaranteed for 7 days. If there is a medical problem with an animal within the first week we must be notified immediately and a return label will be issued Shipping is via FedEx priority overnight service in temperatures between 32 and 92. Live arrival is not guaranteed if your daytime lows and highs are not within that range. Email us with a zip code for a quote.

Someone must be home at the delivery address to sign for the package on the first delivery attempt or the live arrival guarantee is null and void.

We are not responsible for carrier delays. Insurance is optional in that event and can be purchased additionally if you would like to be covered for a DOA due to a carrier delay.

If we are shipping to a hub you must pick up your package within 2 hours of package availability or the live arrival guarantee is null and void.

For all DOAs we will need a picture of the deceased animals and to contact us within an hour of delivery.

In extreme temperatures we can ship same day service via airlines, airport to airport.

We also ship to Puerto Rico regularly, inquire for details.
