We want your experience with us to be as positive as possible. It is our policy to feed newborns live rat pinks. We don't like feeding mice because your snake will eventually need to eat something bigger than an adult mouse and sometimes they are difficult to switch over to rats. On occasion newborn Ball Pythons will not take rat pinks. In this case we will start them on mouse hoppers and this will be indicated in our ads.

We also guarantee safe arrival when shipped to the lower 48 states through shipyourreptiles.com (SYR). Shipping is via FedEx Overnight service. Buyer must follow all of SYR instructions (as do we, the seller) in order to receive your guarantee. Shipping is currently on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for pickup the next day at your local FedEx sort facility.

Quoted shipping prices include Live Arrival insurance. Winter shipping will require larger shipping containers, insulation and heat packs which increase the cost of shipping by at least $5.00. Because shipping prices are determined by the weight of the animal, insurance, size of shipping container, FedEx price changes, etc. the price quotes given are only guaranteed for the day given. The buyer assumes responsibility to pay for any price increases in shipping if animals are not shipped within one week of purchase.
Deposits and prior payments on animals are non-refundable if the buyer backs out of a sale or an agreement is not kept.
A $5.00 per week, "Maintenance Fee" will be imposed on each animal in our care if the full price of the animal is not paid by the agreed due date. This covers the cost of weekly feeding and daily maintenance of the animal.
