Payments:
All sales of live animals are FINAL except as noted herein. Orders for all animals must be paid in full before shipping will take place.
I accept PayPal (and credit cards through PayPal), cash, personal checks, cashier checks, and money orders. All checks/money orders must clear the bank before shipping takes place. I only accept cash from customers that pick up in person.


Trades:
I am not interested in adding any ball pythons to my collection at this time.

I may entertain trades, but I am only looking for a very few select animals:
*Female Simalia nauta (Tanimbar scrub python)
*Rubber boas
*Oligodon
*Rhamphiophis
*Angolan python
*Rhino rat snakes

I may also consider trades for caging that is in good condition

If you have something else you believe I may be interested in, you are welcome to ask me about it, the worst I can do is politely decline


Shipping:
Prices listed include shipping. All my shipping of live animals is done through Ship Your Reptiles. Contiguous 48 only. If you would prefer to send me a label from your own shipping account I will accept that, however you will be responsible for any live arrival clauses and conditions from your company of choice. I will not ship starting the week before Thanksgiving and running through the week after New Year's. The burden on the shipping industry is excessively high during this time, increasing the chance of packages getting delayed and I will not put the lives of animals at risk. I am happy to hold animals during these times and will ship them once conditions are safe to do so.


I guarantee live arrival when, and only when:
* Shipping date is agreed upon in advance
* The weather is within the limits set by the company. I will not ship animals when the temperature is below 30 degrees or above 90 degrees.
* Correct delivery address is provided
* Someone is present to immediately accept the animal upon arrival/sign for the delivery


I do not guarantee live arrival on door-to-door shipments during extreme temperatures - under 30 or over 90 degrees Fahrenheit - unless otherwise stated. Animals will not be shipped until the full purchase price has been received and cleared. Any deaths occurring during shipment must be reported within 2 hours. Deaths due to shipping will be fully refunded, but you have to provide proof of death within 24 hours.


All animals are honestly represented. Animals are guaranteed to be outwardly healthy and free of external parasites. All specimens will be properly sexed. Buyer must verify animal(s) to be properly sexed within 48 hours of delivery. While I make every effort to correctly identify combinations, with the complexity of some of my combinations I cannot guarantee genetics in animals that have more than four (4) morphs.


Returns/Refunds:
Sales on animals are final except in cases of proven illness or death of the animal during shipping. I will not provide refunds over "buyer's remorse." Sellers are given every opportunity to ask all the questions they may have about any animal they inquire about. Failure to ask such questions does not constitute a valid reason to request a return/refund. Every animal has a different temperament, I cannot be responsible for the behaviour of individual animals and such behaviours are not to be considered a valid reason to request a return/refund. Any dissatisfaction with an animal must be reported within 24 hours for discussion. Credit toward another animal in my inventory may be offered but will only be given when the animal is shipped back to me at the customer's expense. I will not cover any return shipping cost


Multiple inquires:
In some cases, there may be multiple individuals that have inquired about an animal within a narrow time frame. When this happens, I will answer each initial inquiry in the order it was received but the final sale will go to the individual that pays first. If I am communicating with multiple individuals about an animal, I will disclose that fact to all parties. I do this to provide transparency to my potential customers, not to pressure a sale.


Deposits:
I will accept a 20% non-refundable deposit to place an animal on hold.


Payment plans:
I can discuss payment plans on animals priced $500 and up. An initial, non-refundable down payment of 20% is due (as per above). After receiving down payment, I mark the animal(s) as ‘On Hold’. Payments are made until purchase is paid in full. Upon receiving the final payment the animal(s) will be shipped to your address - Please ensure you provide me with the correct address. I typically ask payment plans to be no more than two (2) months. If you cannot continue with your payment plan for any reason, or if you fail to complete your payment plan in the agreed upon time, the animal(s) will be taken off hold and placed back up for sale. The 20% deposit is not refundable but any additional money paid will be refunded.


NOTE - Failure to read these terms, whether accidental or intentional, will not, under any circumstances, be a reason to consider them void or altered.
