*Live Arrival Guarantee: All animals are guaranteed to arrive to you Live, in good condition and correctly sexed. Buyer has 2 hours from the signed arrival time to contact us if there is a problem with their shipment. If we do not hear from a buyer within the 2 hour time frame, we will assume all is well.


*Payment Plans – We welcome payment plans!
***We require a 20% nonrefundable deposit to hold your animal of $350 or more for 30 days.
Payment in full must be received prior to shipment. If you do not finish paying off the animal in the 30 day time period, that animal will be relisted. Any money that is not part of the 20% nonrefundable deposit will be made available as a store credit towards another animal to be used within one year. DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS ARE NONREFUNDABLE

*All animals are guaranteed to be healthy and accurately match the description and pictures sent to customer prior to shipping. Animals are sexed to the best of our ability, but cannot guarantee sex on baby bearded dragons. We will try our very best to accurately sex baby bearded dragons. We cannot guarantee animal temperament unless otherwise specified.
