We guarantee that our reptiles and amphibians will be alive and healthy upon arrival. If buyer is not home to receive package, our live arrival guarantee is void. If the package is delivered to a Hub for pick up, the package must be picked up - same day - by the closing hour or our live arrival guarantee is void.

Dead on arrivals (DOA) must be reported within 1 hour of delivery. Any other issues must be reported initially within 4 hours of delivery. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us first.

We guarantee the life and health of our animals marked as "CB" anywhere in their product description for 3 days from time of delivery. *Special conditions apply
Please be aware of what you are purchasing, and do the proper research, our guarantee is void if you do not have the proper environment to house the animal(s)

Shipping or Freight charges are never refundable, even in the case of a DOA.

Photos of reptiles for sale in our online store are visual representatives of the species and may not be the exact animal you receive.

Photo ID is required for purchases over $499, if there is a mismatched shipping and billing address, or if there are any payment issues during checkout to help protect our customers from any potential fraud.

Issue with an order?
Animals that are Dead on Arrival (DOA) must be reported within 1 hour of delivery. Any other issues must be reported within 4 hours of delivery. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us first (we are open 7 days a week). Photo evidence will be required for all claims.
Please email [email protected] with photos of the animal on its back, the enclosure, and temperature/humidity readings. Please also describe your care and feeding habits.


Shipping Days
We ship orders Monday-Wednesday. Orders placed before 9 am EST may be considered for same day shipping. Orders placed any time after 9 am EST will be considered for the following day (weather permitting). We monitor weather and flight patterns to guarantee a safe arrival. We reserve the right to hold shipments at our discretion. All shipments are weather and time permitting.

We will only ship to your home or work when weather in route is 35-90 degrees
Fahrenheit. This temperature range is extended to 25-95 degrees Fahrenheit upon
arrival if you opt to have your live animals held for pickup at a main FedEx Shipping Center. Animals must be picked up within 4 hours of arrival for live arrival guarantee to apply.
Orders generally arrive by 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM your local time. And can arrive as late at 5:00 PM for Rural or Farm land areas. Pick ups are usually available when the Hub opens.

FedEx Drivers WILL NOT wait for you to come to the door. We do not require signature, as we do not want to risk having reptiles go back on a hot (or cold) truck for the rest of the day, in the event you don't make it to the door in time. This is for the safety of the reptiles.

We will request FedEx pick up if weather is non-compliant.

Reptile Supercenter has a no return and no refund policy. We can offer a store credit for a future purchase or a 10% cancelation fee for orders that request a cancelation. We reserve the right to deny order cancelations for orders that are held due to weather conditions and similar circumstances.
