Health Guarantee:
Sheffield Reptiles guarantees all animals to be healthy upon arrival and offers a seven-day guarantee on the health of our animals.
Gender & Genetics Guarantee:
Sheffield Reptiles guarantees all animals to be correctly sexed and their genetic description to be accurate. Upon request, a signed description of genetics will be provided for any animal purchased. It is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm the animals’ gender within 24 hours of delivery.
Buyer MUST call and report any issues regarding the sex of the animal within 24 hours of delivery or their right to a refund or exchange will be forfeited. All animals sold as unsexed come with no gender guarantee.
Shipping:
Sheffield Reptiles ships all reptiles via FedEx Priority overnight to either a FedEx hub or your door. Invertebrates and supplies can either be shipped via USPS or FEDEX depending on buyer’s choice and weather conditions. All animals will be carefully and properly packed in insulated shipping boxes with heat/cold packs as required due to weather conditions. Sheffield Reptiles will only ship when the forecast temperatures are between 50 and 80 degrees Fahrenheit at both shipping and receiving locations. Sheffield Reptiles is located in Northern Washington, shipping between December 1st and March 1st may be limited due to extreme cold weather issues. Sheffield Reptiles will only ship on Monday or Tuesday for a Tuesday or Wednesday delivery date. If shipping on these days does not work for you, please contact me to arrange special delivery.
All orders must be signed for by the buyer, upon delivery.
Live Arrival Guarantee:
Sheffield Reptiles guarantees that all animals will arrive alive and healthy. The live arrival guarantee will be voided if the buyer fails to pick up the package within an hour of arrival at the FedEx hub or upon the first delivery attempt at buyers address.
Buyers MUST call me within 6 hours of delivery to report any issues or the live arrival warranty will be void. I can be reached 24hrs a day at 406-291-8026
Payment:
Sheffield Reptiles accepts payment by:
PayPal – All credit and debits cards are accepted through PayPal. A PayPal account is not required to pay via PayPal. If you don’t have an account, please inform me and I can send you an invoice.
Debit/Credit Cards – All major cards are accepted.
Sheffield Reptiles does not accept personal checks or money orders.

Sheffield Reptiles will accept a 20% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to place a hold on any animal or product. Sheffield Reptiles will accept payment plans on any combined animal or product order over $300 with the previous mentioned 20% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. Sheffield Reptiles will only ship when the entire order has been paid in full. The deposit is to hold and care for the animal until payment in full is received. Contract length is dependent on balance due and the written terms agreed upon by both seller and buyer. All deposits and payments are NON-REFUNDABLE if you are unable to fulfill your contractual obligations by the date agreed upon in the written contract. No extensions of time will be allowed unless agreed upon in writing prior to the expiration of the original agreement.
