Health/Sex/Genetics
All animals sold by Peter Williams Reptiles are guaranteed to be healthy, disease and parasite free at the time of sale. All animals are guaranteed to be represented accurately genetically speaking unless otherwise discussed. Every effort will be made to properly sex animals, but please be sure to confirm the sex upon receipt.
Payment
Payment Methods – Payment methods are Interac e-mail money transfer, or cash
Payment Plans – Payment plans will be made available on a case-by-case basis. Payment plans will generally be between 1 and 3 months in duration depending on the amount of the purchase. To hold an animal we require a 25% non-refundable deposit and an agreed upon due date for full payment. This deposit must be made via Interac e-mail money transfer. Final payment date cannot be changed after initially agreed upon. After the non-refundable deposit is received the animal(s) will be taken off the market and held for the customer. Animals will be fed and maintained as usual with no extra charge to the customer. Any additional payments towards the balance during the payment plan will become non-refundable as they are paid. If for whatever reason the customer can not complete the payment plan as agreed to, the animal will be re-posted and sold at current market value once the agreed date for final payment has passed. The non-refundable deposit (and any subsequent payments) are non-transferable and are meant to absorb the costs associated with holding and removing the animal from market. Failure to pay by the agreed upon date will result in cancellation of the payment plan and loss of the non-refundable deposits. Please do not enter into a payment plan unless you are certain you can pay as agreed.
Returns/Refunds/Shipping Problems
All sales are final. As stated above all animals are guaranteed to be in perfect health at the time of receipt. Once the animal is safely put in the customer's possession we can not guarantee the animal will be cared for adequately and therefore no refunds will be issued if an animal is to perish after the first 24 hours. Exceptions may apply in extenuating circumstances, but if poor husbandry or mishandling of a animal is suspected, no refund will be issued. If an animal has been shipped and is DOA or appears unwell, the customer must contact Peter Williams Reptiles within 1 hour of the delivery confirmation e-mail, with photos and/or video of the animal to discuss refund options. It is expected the shipping box is opened and the animal's safety is verified immediately upon receipt. Not after driving home, not after setting up cameras for an unboxing video, not after you get home from work. IMMEDIATELY, UPON, RECEIPT -- NO EXCEPTIONS.
Shipping – Domestic Canada wide shipping is available via Reptile Express (www.reptileexpress.com) at buyer's expense. International shipping can also be made available via Reptile Express for orders over $1000 USD.
