Guarantees - We guarantee that our snakes are healthy, correctly sexed, and arrive alive when they are being shipped to you. Notice of dissatisfaction or D.O.A.s must be received within 4 hours of receipt of shipment with proof of DOA. We do our best at identifying genetics in all of our snakes, we always list the pairings in all of our ads, wherever possible.
Deposit - We accept a minimum of 25% deposit to place an animal on hold. The deposit is non-refundable but may be used on a credit towards another animal.
Payment Method - The Buyer’s preferred method of payment can be discussed at the time of purchase. Payment plans are accepted on a short-term basis and must be agreed upon by all parties before they will be accepted.
Shipping - Shipping available within Canada at buyer's expense via Reptile Express next day delivery, weather permitting. Animals must be paid in full before they will be shipped. Shipping arrangements and details will be discussed at time of purchase. Due to the costs of shipping from Canada to USA, we will not ship any animals less than $500 to USA.
