I initially reached out inquiring about a retic I had seen, and once he understood I was looking for a pet rather than something more advanced, he made sure I clearly understood the potential size and temperament of the snake I was interested in. Instead of just making a quick sale, he took the time to recommend a better fit based on what I was truly looking for. He was quick to reply to every message, sent videos, and was extremely informative and answered all of my questions. Shipping was smooth and handled safely even in the middle of winter, which really put my mind at ease as I was willing to travel to pick up the snake. The retic he suggested arrived alive, healthy, and exactly as described. He genuinely cares about both the animals and the people receiving them.
