Store Policy
We ship Fed Ex Priority overnight to your Local FedEx hub. Our typical shipping days are Tuesday and Wednesday! We have all live animal shipments held at the nearest FedEx hub to the destination to ensure the safe delivery of the animal. FedEx has been experiencing heavy volume delays, so for the foreseeable future, we are requiring live animal purchases to be picked up at the nearest hub.
We do not include shipping in the cost of the animal. Boas by Beck will insure every animal we ship at no cost to the customer. There are more factors other than weather that can cause shipping delays. Insurance will evaluate the entire shipping chain and will not ship when delays are anticipated or evident. This is to ensure the health and safety of the animal!!
We will not ship until we confirm the paid order with you via email and confirm that you will have someone readily available to receive your new pet. We ship all months of the year as long as temps are above 40*F and under 90*F. We utilize Styrofoam insulated boxes, heat packs, cool packs and high quality packing equipment to ensure the safety of the animals while in transit.
