* All of our animals are bred and hatched by us, unless otherwise noted. We guarantee them to be healthy, feeding and properly sexed. We must be notified of any problems with your animal within 24 hours of receipt.

* Payments are expected to be paid in full before any animal will be shipped. We take payments via PayPal, Money Order, Cashiers Check, Personal Check and with Credit Cards via PayPal. Personal Checks are to be made out to Darin Taylor, and need to clear the bank before payment is considered complete. No animal will be put on hold or considered sold unless a deposit or full payment are made.

* Deposits will only be taken on animals that are available. Deposits are only required to hold an animal and will be 25% of the animals price. Deposits are Non-Refundable, but may be transferred to another animal. If you are interested in any of the expected offspring from a project, we will make a waiting list that will be first come, first serve. We will update any persons on the waiting list of developments in the project.

* We do accept payment plans and will work as follows:


Animals under $200, we will NOT accept a payment plan.
Animals between $200 and $500, 30 days, with balance due within 30 days of initial deposit.
Animals between $500 and $1000, 60 days, with balance due within 60 days of initial deposit.
Animals priced over $1000, 90 days, with balance due within 90 days of initial deposit.
* Once again, deposits are Non-Refundable, but are transferable. If you default on a payment plan, your animal will be put back on the market, until its paid off. If it should sell before you pay off the animal, you can transfer your entire account to another animal, or receive a refund LESS your deposit.

* We are only sending shipments out on Tuesday and Wednesday at this time due to so many packages going through FedEx on Mondays. We are only shipping to your closest FedEx hub at this time due to driver shortages at FedEx. We may make some rare exceptions for residential delivery if you live more than 30 miles from a shipping hub. We only ship animals when the temperature is above 40 and lower than 90 degrees in both of our areas. Shipping is a flat rate of $60 for up to three babies in the same box going directly to your FedEx hub. Shipping is a flat rate of $75 if the animal is 800 grams or over due to more weight and larger box size. Shipping is a flat rate of $75 for all residential deliveries.

All of our recessive 100% Hets are guaranteed for the listed gene/genes stated. We will do our best to identify animals containing multiple co-dominant genes but the more genetics an animal has, sometimes it is hard to ID every gene in it.
