Our store will hold animals with a 20% non refundable deposit. Deposits go towards the total price of the animal.
We ship Monday-Wednesday via priority overnight shipping or two day shipping for invertebrates. We have a live arrival guarantee. In cases of extreme weather we will not ship if there is concern for the animals health. Any issues with the condition of animals or DOA must be reported within the first hour after the package has been received. If issues are not brought to attention within the first hour any replacements or refund is voided. Live arrival is voided completely if animals are not picked up within 3 hours of delivery to the FedEx hub.
Sexed specimens cannot be guaranteed but I can guarantee every animal has been examined by a qualified individual. We have never shipped an incorrectly sexed animal but if a mistake is made the buyer may choose to swap for a specimen of the opposite sex. If customer request an exchange customer will be responsible for all shipping cost. Incorrectly sexed animals must be reported within the first 2 hours after delivery. Any late reports void store policy.
