HUB PICKUP ONLY! If you insist of home delivery I do not cover DOA.
We accept PayPal, Venmo or cash in some circumstances. Shipping temps must be above 30° and below 90°. Live arrival is guaranteed only if picked up within 2 hours from the time the FedEx Hub makes the package available for pickup. Once the animal is in our customers care, we cannot be held accountable for the husbandry of others. In the case of a DOA, we must receive photographic evidence of the deceased animal within 1 hour of gaining possession of that animal. A refund of the purchase price of the animal (excluding the cost of shipping) will be issued once these conditions have been met and confirmed.
