All our animals are feeding once a week appropriate sized meals unless otherwise specified under their description. All animals have had 5 or more consecutive meals unless otherwise
specified.

Animals pictured are EXACT animals being sold, unless otherwised specified.

All animals have been captive born and raised by us unless otherwise specified.

All animals are healthy and sexed correctly.

We ship Tues-Wed with Ship your Reptiles Overnight Priority to your local Designated FedEx hub, weather and temperature permitted. You have till the close of their business day, on delivery day, to pick up your package or ALL Live Arrival Guarantees are VOID!
Weekend shipping is NOT available.

If there are any issues CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY of receipt of the animal. Please do not contact the carrier. In the uncommon event of a DOA photo proof is required to be sent to our email before we can reconcile the situation.

Shipping is not included in the purchase price. We have a flat rate shipping fee of $65 unless otherwise specified in the description of the animal.

Multiple animals will need a bigger box and shipping cost for that will be based off weight and zip code.

As always our TOP PRIORITY is for the safety of our animals. Notify us within 24 hours upon animals arrival if any inaccuracy are noticed. After 24 hours we assume no further liabilities.

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and Cash.
We do not accept personal checks, Echecks, bitcoin or crytocurrency.

Payment plan is as follows, a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of 50% of the purchase price with payments to be paid in full within 2 weeks unless otherwise pre arranged, will hold an animal. Animals will not be shipped until paid in full. We reserve the right to refuse deposits for any reason.
There are NO REFUNDS. A credit can be transferred towards a future purchase or the previously purchased animal will be held until arrangements are made to receive, within an agree upon timely time frame.

You can save on shipping if you are local to us. We can make arrangements to meet up.

You can also Pre-pay before any show we are vendors at and we will deliver there!

Please NOTE it is the buyers responsibility to know your local laws and regulations for the keeping of reptiles where you live. It is impossible for us to know every law in every state, county and township. We will not knowingly sell or ship to a place that does not allow said reptiles you order from us. So please check your laws and regulations before making a purchase!
