📦SHIPPING: Shipping rates vary depending on location and amount of animals purchased. For a shipping quote you can message us with your zip code. We add a $5 packing fee to shipping cost.
All reptiles are shipped using FedEx Priority overnight service delivered to your door or held for pick up at your nearest fedex locationthat acceptslive shipments. We do require a signaturefor any home deliveries. Someone must be available to recieve on first delivery attempt or all live arrival guarantees are VOID. For packages held at fedex for pick up, they must be picked up within 2 hours or all live arrival guarantees are VOID.

We ship on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays as long as weather allows. We do not ship when temps are under 35 degrees or over 90 degrees. We will hold until temperatures allow shipping with full payment.

💰PAYMENTS: We accept PayPal or Money orders for online sales. For local pick ups we accept PayPal or cash. For more info on local pick ups send us a message.

No returns or refunds on any deposits, payments, or purchases unless something happens to the animal before shipping. No refunds for tail dropping during or post shipment, changes in color or pattern, animal becomes sick or injured while in your care. (the only exception arriving DOA)
If an animal arrives DOA (Dead On Arrival) we will issue a refund of that individual animals purchase price. If you prefer we can send a replacement of equal value if available, buyer pays the additional shipping cost. Video/picture proof must be sent immediately upon arrival (delivery time stamp from tracking) or guarantee is Void. We must be notified within an hour of receiving doa animal or all guarantees are void.

📌Pictures/Description: We try our best to give a detailed description for each animal listed. Weights are recorded at time of listing and may change as time goes on. For a current weight send us a message. We try to get the best pictures to show the animals true colors but sometimes they just dont show as accurate as we would like. Color also varies from screen to screen so keep that in mind. If you have any questions, Please send us a message before purchasing.

All leopard geckos are eating mealworms. All snakes are eating frozen thawed unless otherwise stated in the description. Eating well on multiple meals before being sold.
