We ship FedEx Priority Overnight Delivery within the contiguous United States. Shipping is typically $60.00 for one or two small animals in a single small box but is dependent on location. Larger orders typically cost around $80.00 but an exact cost will be provided before the purchase is finalized.
LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE:
All animals are guaranteed to arrive alive and in good health. However, you must have the package sent to the FedEx Hub for the package for the guarantee to be valid. At the time of pickup, immediately open the box, and note any challenges with FedEx at the time of pickup; otherwise, the guarantee is void. NOTE: We do not automatically insure all shipments – insurance is at your discretion and is meant to cover the reimbursement costs associated with an animal arriving DOA (your refund). The cost for insurance is $5.00 for $200 worth of coverage. $2.50 per $100 worth of coverage above $200. Pays out the insured amount. Valid for Priority Overnight service ONLY. The shipment must have been delivered late for Live Arrival Insurance to apply. Dead on Arrival (DOA) claims must be made within 2 hours of delivery. You must provide the required DOA proof (pictures and/or video) within 4 hours of delivery.
**Please note: Shipping to your nearest HUB and having your package held for pickup is the best and safest method for the animal. We prefer to ship your animal in this manner whenever possible and will always recommend this option. If you choose to follow our advice, please understand that you are agreeing to arrive at your HUB by 12:00 p.m., your local time, to retrieve your package. If you arrive later than that, and/or fail to immediately notify us of package pickup, any guarantees, either expressed or implied, will be null and void.
We typically ship on Tuesday & Wednesday of each week as these tend to be the safest and recommended shipping days.
All animals are guaranteed healthy (of proper body weight and showing no physical signs of illness), eating prey as outlined in the ad. However, once an animal arrives at his/her new home, we cannot confirm if the new environment is suitable or control/monitor husbandry techniques. Customers are expected to have basic knowledge of what they are purchasing, and we cannot be held responsible for any mistakes or accidents brought on by the customer. Please understand that the live arrival of a healthy animal is as far as our guarantee can go. We are always available to provide information on our facility and how we care for and feed our animals or to help you succeed with your new purchase.
Our corn snakes are gender checked by “popping” multiple times before a determination has been reached. All animals sold are fully guaranteed to be outwardly healthy and sexed correctly. If by chance you happen to receive an improperly sexed snake by mistake, you must contact us by email within 24 hours of arrival to correct the situation. The specimen shall be returned to us for evaluation at the customer's expense. Should the specimen prove correctly sexed as sold, it shall be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. Should the specimen prove incorrectly sexed as sold, a credit shall be given towards future purchases, including the return shipping charges incurred by the customer.
We accept PayPal (prefer "Friends & Family" or add fees ), Venmo, CashApp, Chime, or Zelle - These are quick, safe, and easy ways to make a payment on an animal. Any payment made is non-refundable, however, we will offer a credit towards a future purchase should you decide to cancel your order for any reason. Once payment has been made we remove the animal(s) from the availability thus we lose the opportunity for other sales of the animal(s).
If you would like us to hold an animal, a 25% nonrefundable deposit is required. Payment plans can be made on orders over $250.00. Payment plans can last up to 30 days unless we discuss otherwise. Payments must be made weekly or bi-weekly. Please be sure you intend to purchase the animal before entering a payment plan. When holding an animal, we will continue to feed it on its normal routine and continue to take care of it as if it were our own until shipped. Any payment made is non-refundable. A deposit is required to start a payment plan. If we are unable to supply the animal purchased, a full refund will be given.
Actual colors may vary. This is due to computer monitors displaying colors differently and everyone can see these colors differently. We try extremely hard to ensure our photos are as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual color may vary slightly from your monitor. We cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the animal. Did you make sure your monitor or phone was set to the correct parameters & settings? We specifically post a color disclaimer due to the myriad of settings used. Unfortunately, some people like dynamic, or natural, or standard, or movie. While others utilize screen mode, HDR, Analog, etc. Then is it Android, iOS, IE, Firefox, Chrome, Mac, Adaptive, Launcher, Pixel, Stock app, or upgraded? Free or paid? People use a variety of settings that we have no control over and that's even before filter discussions!
