GENERAL TERMS
-To reserve an animal a non-refundable 25% deposit is required.
-30 day payment plans are available.
-Animal must be paid in full before shipping.
-Shipping quotes available upon request. (I ship through SYR)
-I can meet within an hours drive from my location (Charlotte, North Carolina)
-Additional information about individual animals is available upon request.
-You must be 18 or older or have your parent/guardian contact me through e-mail or phone and they must handle the payments.
-Hatchling health is guaranteed for 14 days after arrival as long as good husbandry is in place.
-If the package is not opened immediately and I don’t receive an e-mail from you within three hours of delivery (a simple “they arrived ok” is fine) the health guarantee is void.
-Genetics are guaranteed and any possible hets will be listed as such (possible hets do not always prove out). If you encounter problems with your animal’s genetics please send me a message to work out either a partial / full refund or replacement depending on the circumstances.

SPECIES SPECIFIC - LEOPARD GECKOS
-Shipping will be possible once they reach 20 grams.
-Leopard geckos are placed for sale when they reach 15g for reserves and holds. Keep in mind that depending on the growth rate of the gecko it could be over a month before it reaches 20g for shipping.

SPECIES SPECIFIC - WESTERN HOGNOSES
-Hognoses will only be placed for sale when they are well started on unscented f/t mice.
-I cannot sell or ship western hognoses to residents of Colorado.
-Illinois customers must have the proper permit in place before purchasing.
-Hatchlings are sexed via tail length and shape, which is reliable and safer than probing or popping them due to their small and delicate size. If you think a mistake has been made in the sexing of your hatchling hognose please send me a message to discuss the matter. Depending on the circumstances, a partial refund or replacement may be possible.
