* Animals are shipped via FedEx Reptiles2you or Ship your reptiles.
*Packages are shipped Wednesdays... this is
our only day to ship. Occasionally special shipping schedules can be made. We currently only ship to the lower 48.
Shipments are only sent out weather permitting. We will not ship if temps are below 40°F or above 90°F from my location, the hub location, or the delivery location. It is preferred that the animals be held at your local
FedEx hub. If you want a delivery to home/ business address this can be done but keep in mind the health guarantee is no longer available due to COVID shipping issues. (Unless insurance issues are lifted)
*If shipping conditions are not favorable, we will hold the animal for up to three weeks with no charge. Anything after 3 weeks will have a small feed/care charge of $5 a day.
*The day prior to shipment, I will contact you to verify you’ll be available to accept the package the following day. In the case I am unable to contact you the day prior to shipment, the shipment will be held until the following week.
*We offer a 7 day health guarantee providing you can prove proper husbandry practices for your pet. Please always video your unboxing and thoroughly document the animals condition upon arrival. If animal fails to thrive within that first 7 days, we will do everything in our power to make sure you are taken care of.

*Live arrival guarantee ONLY when animal is received within the first hour after delivery.
*If DOA, pictures and video must be sent within the first hour to receive full refund. *No exceptions to this!!! *
*Again, you MUST accept package on first delivery attempt, if not all guarantees are void! Please make sure someone is there to receive the package.
Genetics and sex are guaranteed with snakes, unless otherwise noted. Most baby bearded dragons are sold as “probable”, and although we’re pretty accurate, things can change.
Payment plans are possible with 20% nonrefundable deposit on ball pythons(only for snakes over 300 and dragons over 200) and the balance paid in 45 days or less. I will work with you on that as long as there is a designated plan and easy communication. Animals will not be shipped until paid in full. Please do not enter into a payment plan unless you have the ability to complete. There will be a $15 a week feed and care charge added to bearded dragon payment plans. These little guys eat a ton, which you should be aware if you are going to be purchasing one.
*** If final payment is not made by the agreed on date, all payments are forfeited(to pay for my time and care of the animal…) and animal will be put back up for sale. My time is valuable, as is yours. So please be responsible! :)
If multiple inquiries are received, the animal will be sold to the person I receive balance or down from first. I WILL NOT MARK ANIMAL SOLD until shipping date. Animals will be placed on hold once I receive down payment or balance.

Moab Dragons & Exotics is simply about quality over quantity. We only invest in animals purchased from reputable sources and only the ABSOLUTE premium quality hatchlings are held back and introduced into our breeding program.
My Name is Kolleen. I was a full time Veterinary Technician(for 6 years), which helped start my madness. My first snake was a striped Cal King, and second, a Snow Corn.
I started breeding animals between 1999 and 2001. I was the first person in Utah to produce Granite, Albino Granite, and Leopard Burmese Pythons. I had the first pair of Tiger and Super Tiger Reticulated Pythons in the state and raised other large constrictors, such as BCI and BCC Boas and Anacondas. I had several early Ball Python projects, such as Albino’s (proved out a pair of hets the long way), had several imported females and dinker projects that were in the works. I had Savu Pythons, Blood Pythons, Sinaloan Milk snakes and several others. Back then Pieds went for $6500-$10,000 depending on how high of white they were. Clowns were $10,000+, etc.
I did lots of reptile rescue, helping everything from lizards to snakes, and even kittens.
I did free educational shows in many Salt Lake Valley schools with my giant Tiger Reticulated Python, Diabla and lots of other Reptiles.
I had a very large colony of breeder rats and supplied quality feeders to many breeders in the state and I produce all of my own feeders currently, as I want my animals fed the best!!
Sadly I was in an accident in 2008, shattering both my ankles severely, which led to the amputation of my right leg below the knee in 2013 and full fusion of my left ankle. After the amputation and a divorce, I was forced to sell off my collection (all except a neonate female Hypomelanistic BCI boa who I still have at 16 years), and get out of the hobby.
Fast forward to now. I’m a singe parent and myself, along with my daughter Canyon, decided it was time to start back up where I had left off, only adding Bearded Dragons into the mix and concentrating on dwarf Retics, and smaller constrictors.
I always had a good name and will continue to provide healthy, parasite free animals. Please read my store policy as it will answer many questions you may have.
