We reserve the right to sell our animals to you or to refuse selling you any of our animals. Payment plans will be reviewed on a case by case basis. If we choose to work a payment plan with you, there will be a 25% NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. If you back out, we still keep that deposit. If an emergency happens, we will of course review your circumstances and will most definitely work with you. We understand that life happens. No animal will be shipped out until said animal is paid for in full. We reserve the right to determine how long a payment plan lasts. Any animal that is under $1000 will not be considered for a payment plan. We will not allow payment plans to go on for so long that we are in effect growing your animal(s) for you. If an animal is to be held for more than 4 weeks while you are paying it off, we will add a percentage to the final price and will review this with you. If a payment plan is put into effect, there will be a clear start and end date. We ship Mondays and Tuesdays via Reptiles Express/FedEx. We guarantee live arrivals to your local hub for pickup. If we are to ship to your home or place of business we will only guarantee live arrival if the animal is received on the FIRST VISIT FOR DELIVERY. Animals will always need to be signed for when shipped to your home. We do not prefer to have an animal shipped directly to your home but rather to your local hub because not only is it less stressful on your new acquisition but the animal(s) in question will be held at a temperature controlled facility and there is a drastically decreased chance that any harm will befall your new friend. Shipping details will always be discussed before an animal is sent off and we hold the right to make the decision as to whether or not the animal is shipped to your home or your local hub for pickup. If for any reason an animal is received DOA, we will replace said animal free of charge. However you will still need to cover shipping. In the event of a DOA, we require photographic and/or video proof. It’s always a good idea to have a witness if one is available. We reserve the right to decide if an animal gets shipped or not on a particular day. If the weather is far too warm or far too cold, we will not ship. This could change if you’re receiving your animal at the local hub. No matter the circumstances, we will work with you the same as we’ve worked with many of our clients. We want to protect your new pet, we want to protect you, and we want to protect ourselves.
