For animals (or multiple animals) over $100, a non refundable deposit of 25% is required for holds. No holds for animals (or multiple animals) under $100. Holds are good for up to 30 days, the remaining payment must be received on or before the 30th day or the hold is no longer valid and there will be no refund. After full payment is received we will plan a ship date. Response Timeframe: If I contact you regarding your hold or sale and I do not hear from you within 14 days, you forfeit your gecko and no refund will be given. We do not tolerate ghosting. I do not guarantee sex under 10g. Shipping temperatures must stay between 45-85 degrees to assure safety of the animal. If temperatures are not within this range, we will hold the gecko with deposit until safe. I stick to cryopaks (no heat packs!) with shipping, so temperatures under 45 are non-negotiable to ensure safe arrival. I only ship on Tuesdays and Wednesdays to prevent delays. I always suggest shipping to your local hub as it is safer for the animal. If shipping to your door, you must be present for delivery and inform me when opened. If delivery is missed, the live arrival guarantee is invalidated. If hub pickup is selected, you are expected to pick up within 4 hours for the guarantee to remain valid. This is up to my discretion. If the animal appears poorly or passes during shipping, pictures of the animal immediately upon unpacking are required for refund or exchange. You must unpack the animal as soon as received and inform me for the live arrival guarantee to apply. Shipping costs are non-refundable. I am not responsible for tail drops during shipping. I cannot guarantee live arrival if shipped to an apartment as packages are often misdelivered or lost. Hub pickup is strongly advised.

Geckos deserve the same level of care as any pet. Do not buy a new pet without understanding their care requirements. They rely on you! Never abandon your animals. They will not survive. If you have issues taking care of your animal, please contact me or your local rescue.

My geckos are on a diet of various Pangea flavors, and supplemented with dusted crickets and dubia roaches. They are kept in bioactive enclosures to replicate an environment like one they might have in the wild.
