I am a new, small breeder focusing on high quality Crested Geckos, GT locale Leachianus and Leopard Geckos. I invest in the best quality animals that I can, to ensure healthy bloodlines and great animals for my customers. I may dabble into other species later on down the road such as Green Iguanas or Tegus. I've always had a huge passion for animals and reptiles ever since I was a kid. I'd bring home tarantulas, box turtles, go herping for toads and all sort of other creatures. I grew up with a Scarlet Macaw and later owned my own Albino Burmese Python as a kid as well! I decided to get into the reptile business because of my love for these animals and want to see them flourish and continue on for the hobbyists and keepers of the future.

My Philosophy:
I believe in ethical breeding and keeping. All of my animals and their babies are beloved as pets first and breeders secondly. All of my reptiles are kept in enclosures that are set up to provide them with mental stimulation and enrichment by simulating as realistic of an environment as possible for them. I also will ensure each client is fully prepared to adopt their new pet with ensuring that they have an enclosure purchased and are aware of the needs of their new family member.

Surrenders/Returns:

If the unforeseeable happens and a client can no longer keep their new pet, due to a life change, I will take the animal back. the client will only need to pay the shipping cost for the animal's return. Returns will not be accepted for a client's improper keeping, neglect or abuse leading them to tire or become bored of the animal. Be aware that you are making a commitment to an animal that can live up to 20 years or longer if properly cared for. Deciding to surrender your pet should be a last resort and a client should expect to make every effort possible to honor the commitment they made to the animal.

Animals are a commitment, not a fashion accessory or a toy to give away when bored or tired of them. Do not purchase an animal as a gift, as many animals given as gifts are often surrendered or improperly cared for, by the recipient. They are a living creature that feels and deserves respect. Do not release your animals in the outdoors whatsoever. Email or message me if you cannot keep your pet. Returns due to ignorance of the above, is not a valid reason to surrender. If a client has exhausted all options to keep their animal, I will coordinate a return with you. Proof of good health, at cost to the returnee will be required from a qualified exotic vet that is experienced with the species of animal, prior to arranging a return/surrender. There will not be any refund for the original purchase of the animal that a client wishes to surrender back to me. No exceptions.

Policy & Terms of Service

PURCHASES

By purchasing from me, you are agreeing to the following terms of services:

You must be 18 years of older to purchase an animal from me. Proof of purchased enclosure is required before I will agree to sell any animal and I will ensure that you are aware of the animal's basic needs to live a long, happy and healthy life. All sales are final! I only accept payment via PayPal Goods & Services (to ensure buyer and seller protection), with a flat rate shipping rate of $50 USD inside the continental United States via FedEx Priority Overnight shipping to a FedEx location that receives live animals. You will receive an email with a tracking number the day prior, once I get a shipping label created. FedEx will also email you that tracking number as well. No shipping to Alaska or Internationally. I will never ask you to pay via PayPal Friends & Family as it is against PayPal Terms of Service to ask a buyer to purchase without buyer protection. I will not knowingly ship an animal to a location where it is illegal to keep them. Do not purchase from me if the animal you're interested in isn't legal to keep in your state! I can arrange to do local pickups if you prefer, instead of shipping your animal. Do not arrange a local pickup in effort to bypass or circumvent your State Laws for owning an illegal reptile. Crested Geckos will ship at a minimum of 10 grams in order to provide a healthy, well-started baby that's been socialized some and eating live insects for you. This also allows me to better identify the sex of your new gecko and reduce chances a baby grows into an adult that refuses insects. Leopard and Leachianus Geckos will ship at 20 grams. If you are purchasing a gecko under these weights, they will be held at no cost until they're ready to ship. As always, it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure shipping addresses are correct. I will not accept responsibility or be held liable for the buyer's failure to provide the correct address. No shipments to home addresses, whatsoever. This helps to ensure that the driver doesn't misread the label and accidentally delivers your new pet to someone else's door.

Dead On Arrival / 7 Day Health Guarantee:

You must notify me the status of your new animal within one hour of pickup to receive a DOA credit. If in the unfortunate event your animal arrives dead, you will receive a store credit for the equal cost of the animal, minus shipping costs, to use at any time on a different available animal. the DOA credit will never expire so you can put the credit towards the animal you want. This does not include the shipping of the previous purchase. To ensure you will receive the DOA credit, you must provide a video of the animal as proof, when the package is first opened within the first hour. A timestamp and date must be included in the video. This is to ensure I can confirm the gecko was DOA at the time of arrival. I pride myself in making sure each animal I send is healthy and ready to ship! Failure to properly care for your animal with the proper food, temperatures and housing, along with any death or illness due to your neglect will void my 7 day health guarantee to you. If your animal should show any sign of illness within the first 7 days, I must be notified immediately, so that I can do everything to help keep the animal from passing away. If death still occurs, at no fault of your own, you will receive a full refund, including shipping cost paid towards the animal. You will not receive a full refund for improper husbandry resulting in the death of your animal. Failure to be present to pick up your animal day of arrival, will void the DOA credit and 7 day health guarantee. Refunds won't be issued for any delays via FedEx. After the animal has shipped and no longer under my care, I cannot guarantee arrival time. Delays can happen but your animal should arrive safely.

Winter Holds:

I will hold an animal free of charge during the months of November through March. Please do not ask me to ship your animal during these months, I will not ship them. This is to make sure that your new animal arrives within safe parameters. Outside of these months, a heat or cold pack will be placed with the gecko to ensure a comfortable trip. If summer temps do not permit safe shipping, even with a cold pack, the animal will be held at no cost, until safe temperatures for shipping and receiving are met.

Tail Drops:

Gecko tail drops happen rarely during shipping, but it does happen. It will not affect the animal's health or ability to reproduce. Refunds will not be given in the event a gecko drops their tail.

Putting a Gecko on Hold:

A minimum, non-refundable 25% deposit of the total cost, is required to put a gecko of minimum value of $300 on hold. You will have 30 days to pay the remainder of the balance before your account begins to accrue a $5 weekly holding fee, which will be added to the remaining balance when such time you're able to pay the entirety of the balance. Failure to pay the remainder by 60 days will void your hold on the animal and it will be placed back on the market and the non-refundable deposit and accrued holding fee, will be kept by me. Any money you had paid outside of the deposit and weekly accrued holding fees, will be refunded to you. No exceptions.

Shipping:

I will only ship Monday through Wednesday via FedEx priority overnight shipping. The allotted temperatures I will ship is within 50 to 80 degrees for both shipping and receiving locations.
