Please do not request more pictures of an animal unless there is something specific that you need to see that's not already pictured. We do our best to post pictures that show the entire animal in the most accurate lighting possible.
We require a 25% nonrefundable deposit in order to hold a gecko for you. A gecko will not be on hold until we receive the deposit for the animal you wish to place on hold. Deposits are non-refundable.
Geckos listed at $200 or less are not eligible for payment plans. Geckos listed above $200 require a 25% non-refundable deposit in order to be held.
Once there is a payment plan agreement, and the required 25% deposit paid, the complete purchase price must be paid in full within 30 days of deposit, UNLESS we have made other arrangements prior to your purchase.
If you fail to honor a payment agreement, we will relist the gecko or geckos for sale. Any payments made, minus the deposit, will become in store credit. No cash refunds.
If you fail to make any payments, or fail to contact me for 30 days, we will consider the sale abandoned and will relist the gecko or geckos for sale. Any payments made, minus the deposit will be turned into in store credit. No cash refunds.
If for some reason you cannot make payments, please contact us as soon as possible. We are not unreasonable and will do our best to work with you.
Shipping is available within the continental United States.
All shipping is conducted using Shipyourreptiles.com through Fed-Ex priority overnight service. Shipping cost is usually $50-$80(within the continental US)
We ship Monday through Wednesday, with arrival Tuesday through Thursday. Arrival time is usually by 10:30 am, but can be as late as 4:30 pm depending on your location.
We follow all of the guidelines for shipping set by shipyourreptiles.com. We will NOT ship when temperatures and weather conditions are unsafe. Temperatures must be between 40 and 85 degrees at all destinations between our house and yours. This includes daytime highs and nighttime lows.
Please be aware that we reserve the right to delay shipping due to weather, and will hold animals at no extra cost until weather permits safe shipping.
Crested gecko tail loss can occur at any time, especially during times of stress. Tail loss rarely occurs during shipping, but it can and does happen on occasion. We are not responsible for tail loss and we do not offer any refunds in the event of tail loss.
We do our best to take high quality photographs of the geckos we offer for sale in order to represent them in the most accurate way possible. We do our best to get pictures in natural light without the use of a flash. We do our best to make sure that the photographs represent the animal’s actual appearance as closely as we can possibly manage. Please be aware that all monitors represent color differently. Therefore, some color discrepancies may occur. It is also important to keep in mind that a geckos color can change if they are “fired up or down”, and change color and pattern as they grow and age. Adult coloration cannot be guaranteed. We offer no refunds or replacements due to color change.
We do not guarantee sex unless we clearly state that a gecko is male or female. Probable, possible, pores seen, or unseen, are not a 100% guarantee of sex. These are observations we offer to help you with your purchase as best we can.
Animals sold as proven, have produced live offspring. Females sold as virgin have never been introduced to a male.
All of the animals we ship are healthy and eating well to the best of my knowledge. We guarantee live arrival if the criteria for safe shipping are met.
In the sad and unlikely event that an animal is dead on arrival (DOA) you must contact me via PM or email within an hour of arrival. You must provide photographic/video evidence. Do not dispose of animal without our approval in case we request the deceased gecko is returned to us. If an animal is DOA, and all conditions are met, we will replace it with a gecko of equal value or issue a credit. No cash refunds. We are not responsible for any shipping costs.
We are not responsible for any carrier delays or mishandling.
You must provide a proper address. Someone must be available to receive delivery. We cannot be responsible for the health of an animal left on a doorstep for hours! You must contact us via PM or email within one hour of arrival and inspection of your new animal.
If these conditions are not met, all guarantees are null and void.
