SHIPPING: All shipments will be sent priority overnight through Reptiles2you and couriered by Federal Express. Shipping is between $35 and $65 to the lower 48 states (adult specimens may require additional fees) Shipping will not occur until weather conditions are appropriate for all departure and arrival locations. Shipping will ALWAYS be at our discretion, especially during periods of inclement weather and the holiday seasons. All shipments go to your local FedEx HUB, this is non negotiable. Recipient must be available to accept delivery within 1 hour of arrival once the animal arrives at the local HUB or the purchase cannot be guaranteed. We require that you contact us IMMEDIATELY to confirm you have possession of your animal and that your animal arrived safely.

GUARANTEE: All animals are guaranteed healthy, properly sexed with correct genetic identification unless stated otherwise. Any issue with an animal must be brought to our attention within 12 hours of pick up. Notifications of an issue after 24 hours from time of pick up will be resolved at The Barking Gecko's discretion. All animals are photographed prior to shipment and will be marked appropriately prior to departure. Your new animal is guaranteed to arrive alive and healthy. Should an issue arrive, sufficient proof will be needed. Proof may be in the form of immediate contact within the pickup and 12 hour period, a video or picture, or requested by The Barking Gecko. NO REFUNDS or replacement of any type will be issued without PROOF in a timely manner and will still be at the discretion of The Barking Gecko. * We are not responsible for carrier delays or mishandling resulting in DOA* animals.

ACCLIMATION: Shipping can be a stressful endeavor for animals. The Barking Gecko has specific instructions and husbandry-Care sheets on the website and should be followed with any baby/hacthling/new animal to ensure their comfort and growth, using other types of enclosures in regards to hatchling Leachianus, Gargoyles and Crested geckos, such as TANKS, or any larger enclosure other than listed on my husbandry sheet can be deadly! If these instructions and advice are not followed The Barking Gecko assume's no responsibility for issues that may arise due to this. Not following the care sheets provided will most likely result in death.

Local delivery by your's truly is also available if you are local and definitely preferred!

Payment plans will sometimes be offered on a case by case basis. Payment plans require half down as an initial deposit. Please inquire.
