-All reptiles are Quoted with insurance through S.Y.R. ( not having insurance voids live arrival guarantee)
-All reptiles must be picked up within an hour of arrival to your local FedEx hub to guarantee live arrival.
Please plan your schedule accordingly to pick up your reptile at a fed ex hub. We ship out on Tuesdays & Wednesdays for next day delivery only, we do not ship out on Mondays or Thursday’s as risk of delays are more likely on those days. Schedule accordingly.
-No residential shipping, we practice safe shipping routines and that will be through picking up packages at your local fed ex hub. This ensures that your package will arrive promptly as early as possible, less stress on the animal from being transported more than necessary, allowing for early pick up, less time the animal is in a package, & allows for insurance to be added to our shipment.
Plan accordingly.
-For any case of DOA (which we have not had while practicing our methods of shipping) please send us pictures or videos for proof of the reptile in case within the first 2 hours or less for an identical replacement or adequate as a replacement. In case we are not able to provide a replacement a full refund will be offered or credit towards other available reptiles .(Shipping non refundable)
-Please be aware of your state laws for the reptile you are inquiring for.
-Please have prior knowledge on the reptile of interest and don’t be afraid to ask questions.
When you are ready to purchase please send your name as shown on your ID, contact info (phone number & email), and your local FedEx address that accepts live animals. (If you do not know what fed ex accepts live animals I am more than happy to find options for you Just send your zip code!)

With a passion for reptiles that started at a young age I have been able to grow in the reptile community and brand my private reptile facility in Torrance California as SouthBayReptiles since February of 2020. I have kept many species of reptiles and offer a variety of self bred reptiles & quality picked reptiles.
