My Terms of Sale and Guarantee's
All animals will be healthy, feeding normally and properly sexed prior to shipment. However, please be aware that shipping can cause some animals to temporarily go off feed. With proper husbandry the animal should resume their normal feeding schedule within a couple weeks. While I guarantee the animals are properly sexed, mistakes sometimes happen! Therefore, If you should encounter a problem with the sex of an animal you have purchased from me, notify me within 24 hours of receiving the animal, and I will be happy to either replace the animal, or provide you with a full refund.

If there is a problem with the animal upon arrival, customer must notify me about the situation immediately. I must be notified of ANY D.O.A.'s and provided with photographic evidence of the animal within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.

I will accept any animal back if you notify me within 1 week of receiving it should you not be happy with your purchase. The customer will be responsible for properly caring for the animal until it is returned, as well as properly packaging and shipping the animal and return shipping costs. Customer will be notified of receipt of animal and the animal will spend 1 week in quarantine or until I am satisfied it is in good health prior to refunding the customers payment.

All animals must be paid for prior to shipping.

Payment Plans

Short-term payment plans are available on a case by case basis. A 25% non-refundable deposit will be required to hold an animal. If you are unable to make a payment or payoff your animal in the arranged time frame you must let me know ASAP - I am fairly flexible as long as you keep the line of communication open.



Must be 18 years of age to purchase any animal, with proof of age at my discretion.
