All reptile shipments are shipped FedEx Priority Overnight with Reptiles2You. All shipments are made with insulated shipping containers. Heat and cool packs are used as needed and are included at no additional charge. Much care is taken to ensure that your purchase is packaged to the highest standards possible.

Live Arrival Guarantee

We fully back our shipping practices with a live arrival guarantee. To meet this guarantee the following steps must be taken.

Shipments must be made Monday - Wednesday (Tuesday - Thursday Delivery)
Shipping temps must be between 40F and 90F
Buyer must be present at the time of delivery
Not responsible for carrier delays.

Should you have a problem with a shipment the following steps must be taken:

Provide photo or video evidence with your complaint
Again, we are not responsible for carrier delays

After review of your case you will have the option of a refund or a replacement. Refunds will be issued less shipping costs. Replacement animals will require an additional shipping charge.

Please know that we take every precaution we can to ensure that your purchases arrive alive and well. At times this requires us to suspend shipping when the weather does not permit. Please inquire about any potential delays when making purchases during the summer or winter.
